• Estimated delivery time 7-21 business days – please refer to each individual supplier’s shipping policy for the correct delivery estimate.
• All order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through Friday, from 9am to 4 pm. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or after 4 pm are processed the next business day. All packages are delivered Monday through Friday.
• Stock items ship out within 48 hours, unless otherwise noted.
• Large quantity purchases may add 1-3 business days to shipping. Item(s) may also be bulk packed.
• Items which are made to order ship out in 7 business days.
• Custom items can take between 7-14 business days to ship.
• All shipping procedures/estimates/charges are subject to each supplier’s individual policy on the Forbidden 21 Marketplace. If a suppliers policy clashes with this or any other Forbidden 21 policy, the supplier’s policy will be the Guiding policy, therefore it is advised to consult each supplier’s policy prior to the purchase.

• NOTE: Some of our items are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. As such, you may receive multiple packages.

Some items do require freight shipping. Freight shipping costs are charged after the item ships. Unless otherwise requested, all freight items ship via ground service.

• Forbidden 21 is not held responsible for any delays the shipping companys services that may incur due to circumstances beyond their control. This would include but not limited to: weather conditions, mechanical delays, equipment failures.
• All packages are insured when they leave the supplier. If a package is damaged in shipment, you should not accept the package without appropriate documentation of damage. Forbidden 21 is not responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping.
• Expedited methods of shipping are also available, such as UPS or DHL or FEDEX, There is no guarantee that order received after 11 am will ship the same day. We suggest you contact the supplier to verify same day shipments.
