How Do I Track My Order?
You can track your order on our platform. Order is marked as shipped, after vendor provides a valid tracking number for the shipment.

What is the RMA?The RMA is refund request system. You can check if someone of your customers wants to get a refund in your Vendor’s dashboard in Products . When you scroll down the page you can see ‘Show RMA request”. The RMA is refund request system where customers who want a refund will appear.
I forgot my password. What to do?You can easily reset it anytime. You can use the Password Reset option to reset the password for your Restricted21 account. Click on “Forgot” button in your Log in page . To use it, you need to know your contact email. We will send an email containing a link for resetting the password to the email address specified in your profile. You will be able to find your username in this email as well.
Is your service reliable?Our service is extremely reliable. We use the latest server technology which includes security services. As part of using the Services, you may create a password or any kind of additional security method. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password or any kind of additional security method, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur on your phone or computer any other device. The Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss, damage or other liability arising from your failure to comply with this section or from any unauthorized access to or use of your phone or computer or any other device.
How can I register as a vendor?
- Go to restricted21.com and Click on Register button on the right side of the screen in front of an icon
- Enter your email account and accept the terms and conditions >> Choose register field and the vendors registration page will open.
- You should add your store name, seller info, website and phone. After filling all necessary information, click on Apply to be a vendor button. You will receive an approval on your contact email.
- Go to your vendor’s page description and feel free to add products using the guide: https://restricted21.com/knowledge-base/vendors/settings/how-can-i-add-products/ . Don’t forget to save changes.
What is the cost of selling on Restricted 21 ?In Restricted 21 you will only pay for each product you sell. Each transaction that will be executed at Restricted 21 will be charged 30% of the transaction fee and 70% will be transferred to Vendor.
In what categories of Restricted 21 can I sell?Our platform provides 3 main categories: For Him, For Her and For Couples. You can sell items in the following categories: Adult Games, Art and Decor, Costumes, Furniture, Dual Toys, Kinky bondage, Fashion.
How can I add store images?
In order to change your store icons or images, follow the steps:
Log into https://restricted21.com >> Go to your Vendor dashboard >> Click on Settings >> Scroll down to Branding settings >> Add Store Banner and Store icon .
You can also proceed with the following steps: Go to your Profile>> Click on Change Profile photo or cover image.
The images will be uploaded directly from your PC. Don’t forget to save changes.
